 The purpose of this association is to engage in any lawful act or activity, other than credit union business, for which an association may  be organized under California Nonprofit Mutual Benefit law.   

 The general purpose of this website is to introduce a common right-of-way easement road maintenance association. It is also an avenue  for communication for the local Kearsarge community. 

 The board of directors may change the location of the principal office from time to time per KMRA Bylaws.
